Infiniti

DR Tech Autocentre in Durham is committed to minimising the stress and inconvenience associated with servicing your Infiniti, as much as possible.  We are a Bosch Service Centre, and an AA Prestige Centre, so you can rest assured your Infiniti will be in the safest hands during its time with our team.

Whatever age your Infiniti is, we’ll service it according to the manufacturer’s servicing schedule, and any remaining Infiniti warranty will be unaffected. We use only genuine Infiniti or OEM parts, and every service our team of technicians carry out is done with forensic attention-to-detail, backed up by exceptional customer service from our front-of-house team.

Every vehicle we service receives a complimentary health and diagnostics check, and all our Infiniti servicing work is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever occurs sooner).

DR Tech Autocentre is conveniently situated just outside Durham city centre, so dropping your Infiniti off for its next service couldn’t be easier. Our workshop is close to public transport, or, alternatively, we have a small fleet of courtesy cars for customers to use (subject to availability), or a collection and delivery service if you’re within 5 miles of our workshop.

If you would like to wait while we service your Infiniti, we can offer a comfortable waiting area with complimentary WiFi and refreshments.

Any remaining warranty your Infiniti has will remain intact when you use DR Tech Autocentre in Durham for your next service. There is no need to use an expensive, impersonal main Infiniti dealer to maintain your warranty; enjoy all the benefits of a leading independent garage at a fraction of the cost for your Infiniti service.

Our experienced, knowledgeable team is always happy to answer any service-related questions you may have, or book your Infiniti in. Call us on 0191 386 4370 or pop in to see us.
